Sunday Yoga | Sip & Stretch
Reset your mind and body this spring with our six-week Yoga Sundays series! Whether you're a seasoned yogi looking to deepen your practice or a complete beginner wanting a refreshing morning stretch, this gentle, welcoming space is built for everyone in our community.
Led by Grace Cussell, each 75-minute class will be an accessible flow designed for all ages and fitness levels to ease you into your Sunday morning. Variations and adjustments will be offered throughout, allowing you to move entirely at your own pace. Afterwards, stick around to relax and connect over a complimentary post-class beverage included with your ticket.

Time: 9:30 am – 10:45 am (75 minutes), followed by a complimentary beverage in our restaurant
What to Bring: BYO mat and props (we’ll have a few backup mats on hand just in case!)

About Your Teacher
Grace's path to the mat has been anything but conventional. Trained in an ashram in the Himalayas, she's proud to have taught a diverse range of audiences, from accessible classes for people with disabilities, including her brother, Max, to fellow soldiers and officers during her time in the NZ Army.
A balance of discipline and softness, structure and stillness, Grace's classes cater to all levels, meeting students where they are and helping them feel comfortable in their practice. Grace closes each class with a handpan sound journey, guiding you gently into savasana.
