Introducing the Blanc de Gris NV, a sparkling wine crafted from a blend of Pinot Gris and Flora grapes. These two varieties are known for their delightful aromas and are both classified as aromatic white grapes. Flora is a unique cross between Semillon and Gewurztraminer, adding a special touch to the wine's flavour profile. The term "Blanc de Gris" originates from the French language and translates to "White from Grey." This name is fitting as Pinot Gris and Flora grapes have skins that are not quite white, but not fully black either. Their skins possess a pink and copper hue, which gives the wine its distinct coloration. Pale gold, fine beaded effervescence, this sparkling wine is bright and fruit driven, with aromas and flavours of Nashi pear, William’s pear, golden delicious apple, honey and baking spice. The mousse is soft while the finish is crisp and juicy.
