About the Role
The role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant and events operation in line with company procedures and licensing regulations. The successful applicant will need to possess strong customer service skills, a good sense of humour and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Requirements
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day opening and closing of the restaurant
Managing hospitality operations in line with our health and safety and licensing procedures
Management support with training and development of team
Support with implementation of all company procedures
