About the Role
We are looking for an experienced COMMIS CHEF!
Work on Waiheke’s highest vineyard offering an amazing work environment, modern facilities (including a unique Josper grill oven), opportunities to work on seasonal menus and catering concepts for functions and weddings.
You will need the right to work in New Zealand. We require a minimum of one year experience in an à la carte restaurant for both Chef de Partie and Commis Chef. It is a plus to have experience working in a fast-paced, big-volume hospitality environment as it gets busy during lunch and dinner.
